Find Call Segments

Find Call Segments is only available with specific integrations and additional configuration. Ask your Uptivity administrator if you are unsure whether the call segments feature is used in your organization.

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
  2. Locate the call record, right-click, and select Find Call Segments from the pop-up menu.
  3. Select either All Segments of This Call or Include Possibly Related Recordings.
