Export Recordings
Required Permission — Allow Downloading of Export, Allow Emailing of Export, or both
Overview
The NICE Uptivity Web Portal provides access to recordings made by Uptivity.
This topic explains how to export a recording.

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List or Recorded Interactions.
- Locate the recording, right-click, and select Export Selected from the pop-up menu.
- Select the file format for the exported call.
- Click Next.
- Click a filename mask to apply it to the exported recording and then click OK.
