Export Recordings

Required Permission — Allow Downloading of Export, Allow Emailing of Export, or both

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List or Recorded Interactions.
  2. Locate the recording, right-click, and select Export Selected from the pop-up menu.
  3. Select the file format for the exported call.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click a filename mask to apply it to the exported recording and then click OK.
