Copy Recording Links

The NICE Uptivity Web Portal provides access to recordings made by Uptivity. You can provide an individual recording link to another user so they can easily access the recording directly if they have the appropriate rights and permissions.

This topic explains how to copy the recording link for specific interaction from the Call List or Recorded Interactions page.

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List or Recorded Interactions.
  2. Locate the recording, right-click, and select Copy Call Link from the pop-up menu.
  3. Follow the instructions in the dialog box.
  4. Click OK.
