Change Archive Options for Recordings

Required Permission — Allow Archive Administration

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List or Recorded Interactions.
  2. Locate the recording, right-click, and select Archive Options from the pop-up menu.
  3. Select an option from the New Archive Action drop-down list.
  4. Click OK.
