Change Archive Options for Recordings

Overview
Archiving strategies are set by your Uptivity administrator.
This topic explains how to change archive options for a specific interaction from the Call List or Recorded Interactions list.
For more information, see Working with Recordings Overview.
Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List or Recorded Interactions.
- Locate the recording, right-click, and select Archive Options from the pop-up menu.
- Select an option from the New Archive Action drop-down list.
- Click OK.
