Create Content Library Categories

Required Permission: Allow Content Library Management

Content Library categories allow you to assign content to the appropriate users and make the content easy for them to find. inContact recommends planning the structure and categories for your Content Library on paper prior to setting up the library within Uptivity.

This topic explains how to create a category.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click CoachingManage ContentContent Categories.
  2. Enter a Title for the new category.
  3. For Parent Category, select Root or select an existing category if the new category is a sub-category.
  4. Click Save.
