Edit Roles

Required Permission — Allow User Administration

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsRoles.
  2. Double-click the name of a role.
  3. Optional: Make any changes to the selected permissions.
  4. Optional: Add or remove any associated QA Groups.
  5. Optional: Add or remove any associated ACD Groups.
  6. Optional: Add or remove any associated ACD Gates.
  7. Click Save.
