View Completed Evaluations for a Recording

Required PermissionAllow Viewing of User's Own Records, Allow Viewing of QA Evaluations, or both

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List (or Recorded Interactions).
  2. Locate the recording, right-click, and select View Completed Evaluations from the pop-up menu.
  3. Double-click the evaluation you want to view.
