Use My Filters

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions ListCall List (or Recorded Interactions) My Filters.
  2. Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
  3. Click Apply next to a filter to display the page using that filter.
