Create Default Filters

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions ListCall List or Recorded InteractionsMy Filters.
  2. Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
  3. Click Default next to the filter you want to be your default.
