Customize the Call List
Overview
The Call List allows you to search for and work with recorded interactions in Uptivity. You can also launch the Web Player from the Call List.
This topic explains how to customize the appearance of the Call List.

- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
- Click Settings.
- Under Call List Settings, select or clear the applicable checkbox(es) for the Call List columns and then click Save.
- Optional: Drag columns to the left or right to change the order in which they are displayed.
- Optional: Click a column header to sort the Call List by the contents of that column.
Uptivity does not save sorting choices if you leave the Call List.
