Add Channels to a Voice Board
Overview
Voice boards are Uptivity software components that control how the system acquires the audio it records. Each voice board includes channels which correspond to individual audio sources.
This topic explains how to add channels to a voice board.

- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationRecorder SettingsVoice Boards.
- In the Voice Boards list, click Edit for the voice board to which channels are to be added.
- If this voice board is not for an Ai-Logix card, type a value in the Number of Channels to Add field and then click Add.
Voice boards associated with Ai-Logix cards are limited to the number of channels on the physical card and show all these channels by default.
- Configure the settings for each channel. Note that channel assignment values are case sensitive.
- Click Save.
