Our primary help site is designed for users of the current, generally-available version of Uptivity. If you use an earlier version, this topic will help you access the appropriate resources.
Integration guides are not tied to specific versions of the Uptivity software, and can be accessed from the main help menu (Recording > Integrations). Page two of each guide states the earliest version for which the guide can be used. If necessary, ask your inContact representative about legacy integration guides for older versions.

Version 5.5 was followed quickly by v5.51, and manuals for v5.5 may refer to that later version number.
Prior to v5.6, the Uptivity User Manual was known as the Web Player Manual.
Ancillary Product Manuals & Guides
The NICE Uptivity Survey TDM Guide was not published for v5.6. There were no changes to this product in v5.6, and the v5.5 guide should be used instead.
