Unlock User Accounts

Required Permission — Allow User Administration

Users are individuals who appear in, have access to, and can perform tasks in the inContact WFO Web Portal.

This topic explains how to unlock a user account. You may have locked an account in order to temporarily suspend a user's access to the inContact WFO Web Portal.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsUsers.
  2. Double-click a user account.
  3. Clear Account Locked.
  4. Click Save.
