Create an inContact Group

Required Permission — Allow Group Administration

inContact Groups are collections of users you define in a way that makes sense for your organization.

This topic explains how to create an inContact Group.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsGroups.
  2. On the Groups page, click New.
  3. Type a unique name for the new group and then click Save.
