Configure Web Portal Settings

Required Permissions — Allow System Configuration

The Web Portal Settings page is used to configure various settings associated with inContact WFO Web Portal functionality. Many of these settings are configured during installation, but there are a few that you may wish to change later.

This topic explains how to configure web portal settings in inContact WFO.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationWeb Portal SettingsWeb Portal.
  2. Configure the applicable settings.
  3. Click Save.
