Delete Timed Recording Schedules

Schedules are collections of business rules that govern recordings in inContact WFO. Timed schedules (a separately-licensed feature) are used when desktop activity is recorded without corresponding phone events.

This topic explains how to delete a timed schedule from your system.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationSchedulingTimed Schedules.
  2. Click Delete (indicated by the red X) for the schedule you want to delete.
  3. Click OK.
