Configure On-Demand Settings

Overview

In Premises and Hybrid deployments, inContact Workforce Optimization can be configured for On-Demand. This feature can also be used to let users update one or more of the user-configurable fields in inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to configure which of these fields can be updated via On-Demand.

1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Administration Recorder Settings On Demand.
   
2. Select Yes from the drop-down menu for each field that users should be able to update.
   
3. Click Save.
