When a new version of MAX is being released, you can configure some or all MAX agents to preview the new version for evaluation and training purposes. In most cases, major releases offer the preview version for up to four weeks. During that time, the selected agents can utilize the new capabilities and experience of the newest version of MAX. After the preview period concludes, the new version of MAX is deployed to all agents. To enable this feature, contact your NICE inContact account manager.
Enable the Preview Version of MAX for the Business Unit
In the ACD module, click ACD Configuration.
- Locate the business unit you want to modify and click to open it.
- In the Details tab, click Edit.
- In the MAX section, select MAX Release Preview for All Agents.
- Click Done.
Enable the Preview Version of MAX for Individual Agents
In the Admin module, click Users.
- Locate the user profile of the agent you want to use the version of MAX and click to open it.
On the Contact Settings tab, click Edit.
In the MAX section, select MAX Release Preview.
