Agent for Oracle Service Cloud Integrated Softphone Overview

This information is written for agents who use Agent for OSC in their daily work. If you’re an administrator setting up Agent of OSC in your contact center, see Configure Integrated Softphone.The Agent for Oracle Service Cloud Integrated Softphone leverages a .NET library that supports webRTC. The Agent for Oracle Service Cloud Integrated Softphone allows you to handle phone calls using your browser's voice capabilities in conjunction with the voice control panel in Agent for Oracle Service Cloud. After your administrator enables your account to use the Integrated Softphone, you can log in to Agent for Oracle Service Cloud, connect your softphone voice path to the CXone platform, and then handle calls using the voice workspace.
