Filter Topic Data for All Widgets in the Workspace

You can use the Filters pane by clicking on the filter icon on the right side of a workspaceThe named view of one or more analysis widgets. page. This pane allows you to filter the data that appears in the workspace widgetsA graphical chart with data that meets specified filter criteria to help contact center supervisors and managers understand trends in the contact center.. You can reset all applied filters and revert to viewing all contacts available in the topicA set of voice, email, or chat transcriptions from your contact center that spans a specific period of time and matches your specified filter criteria. by clicking the Reset All icon in the top right corner of the Filters pane.

  1. Open the topic you want to view by clicking My Topics and then the topic you want to view.

  2. Click the Filters icon indicated by a blue funnel in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Filter by any combination of the categories that appear.

To reset a filter to the default setting, click the blue reset icon next to filter name.

Filter Topic Data for One Widget

You can apply filters to individual widgetsA graphical chart with data that meets specified filter criteria to help contact center supervisors and managers understand trends in the contact center. that do not affect the data in other widgets in the same workspaceThe named view of one or more analysis widgets.. To access the widget filters:

  1. Open the topic you want to view by clicking My Topics and then the name of the topic you want to view.
  2. Locate the widget you want to filter.
  3. If the widget is already filtered, click the filter icon (indicated by a funnel) in the top right corner. If the filter icon is not available, click the options icon (indicated by three stacked dots) in the top right corner and select Settings.
  4. Click Filters.
  5. Filter by any combination of the categories that appear.

To reset a filter to the default setting, click the blue reset icon next to filter name.
