Calling List Details Tab

Required security profile permissions: Calling List View

When you click a calling list from the calling list table, the calling list details page opens to display details and actions for the calling list.

Fields

Last Uploaded List Information

Status
The current status of the calling list. It is either Active or Inactive.
Name
The unique name of the calling list. The creator provides the calling list name during upload.
Date Uploaded
The date someone uploaded the calling list.
List Expiration Date
The date on which the list will be removed from the system. This does not reflect the expiration of the records in the list.
Processed Records
The total number of records, valid and invalid, in the calling list.
Valid Records
The total number of valid records in the calling list.
Invalid Records
The total number of invalid records in the calling list.
Date of last activity
The date of the last update someone made to the calling list.

Calling List Inventory Information

Skill No
The unique ID of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge that uses the calling list.
Skill Name
The unique name of the skill that uses the calling list.
Finalized Count
The total number of finalized records associated with the skill.
Fresh Count
The total number of fresh records associated with the skill.
Retries Count
The total number of non-fresh records associated with the skill.
Total Records Loaded
The total number of records associated with the skill.

Buttons

Download
Initiates a download of the calling list to your hard drive.
Activate
Activates an inactive calling list. This button is only available for a calling list that has been deactivated.
Delete
Deletes the calling list. You must deactivate a calling list before you delete it.
Deactivate
Deactivates an active calling list. This button is only available for a calling list that is active.
Refresh
Reloads the page to display updated information.
