Performance Administration Reports
This topic describes the reports available in the Performance Administration section of the Reports Library.
- About My Dashboards - Contains information about the dashboards available in the left panel of your Dashboard page.
- Administrate User Primary Group - Allows you to view and set each user's primary group.
- Measures List - Lists defined measures and their content type, tags, and number of metrics.
- Metrics List - Lists defined metrics for a selected resource, period, or tag.
- Metrics Usage - This report can be used to track where metricsCalculates a measure for the various intervals of time and various roll-up combinations. The formula to create a metric is: a measure plus the keys for “what” and “when.” are used in the system, such as through dashboards, metric widgets, scorecards, and metric views.
- Ticker Usage - This report lists tickersDisplays at the top of the agent's screen and provides them with updates on how they are performing for their various KPIs., the usersIndividuals who have access to and can perform tasks in NICE Uptivity. They also appear in searches and in reporting. Users may include agents, supervisors, system administrators, and others. and groupsA definable collection of users. assigned to them, and when they were last used.
