Configure Widget Settings

inContact WFO offers a variety of widgets which users can choose to display on their Home tabs. You can configure these widgets to filter and customize the data they display.

For more information, see inContact WFO Widgets Overview.

  1. Click WFO Home Dashboard and then click a dashboard title.
  2. Click the gear icon located in the top right corner of the widget you want to configure.
  3. Configure the settings for the widget.
  4. Click Save.
