Create Report Subscriptions

Report subscriptions allow you to pre-schedule specific reports and provide the results to multiple users. Subscriptions can be created for printable reports and published ad hoc reports.

This topic explains how to create a report subscription.

  1. Click Reporting/Analytics WFO Report Tools Report Subscriptions.
  2. Click New.
  3. Configure the report subscription options.
  4. Click Save.
