Save Filters

The Recorded Interactions page provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO. You can filter the list of recordings to display only selected interactions.

This topic explains how to save a filter so you can use it in the future, or make it your default.

Images in this topic are taken from Recorded Interactions with Web Player. If you are using Recorded Interactions with HTML5 Interaction Player, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.

  1. Click WFO Call RecordingRecorded Interactions.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Set the criteria to filter the interactions to be displayed.
  4. Click Save as My Filter.
  5. Type a name for the filter.
  6. Select whether the filter will be Public or Private.
  7. Click OK.
