Delete QA Evaluations

Required Permission — WFO>Quality Management>Completed QA Forms>Delete

This topic explains how to delete an evaluation that has previously been submitted.

Deleting completed QA evaluations affects reporting.

  1. Click WFO Quality Management Quality Assurance Search QA Evaluations.
  2. Set any appropriate search criteria and click Search.
  3. Double-click the evaluation to open it.
  4. Click Delete this QA.
  5. Type a reason for the deletion.
  6. Click Confirm Delete.
