Respond to Disputed QA Evaluations

Required PermissionsWFO>Quality Management>QA Evaluations>Perform, WFO>Call Recording>Call Records>Supervisor View, Reports>Quality Management>QA Reports>Supervisor View, plus Group permissions for the associated agent and form

Respond to a Disputed Evaluation from an Email

  1. Click the link in the email you received from inContact WFO.
  2. Optional: Log in to inContact WFO if you have not already done so.
  3. Click Edit this QA.
  4. Review the evaluation, changing scores if applicable.
  5. Optional: Add a Comment to explain score changes or add other pertinent information about your review.
  6. Click Submit QA Review.

Respond to a Disputed Evaluation from the inContact WFO Web Portal

  1. Click WFO Quality Management Quality Assurance Search QA Evaluations.
  2. Select criteria to find disputed evaluations within a search period and click Search.
  3. Click any disputed evaluation for which no arbitrator is listed.
  4. Click Edit this QA.
  5. Review the evaluation, changing scores if applicable.
  6. Optional: Add a Comment to explain score changes or add other pertinent information about your review.
  7. Click Submit QA Review.
