Getting Started with inContact Workforce Optimization Reporting
The basic inContact WFO platform provides a wide variety of "out of the box" reports (called Printable Reports) as well as the ability to create customized, ad hoc reports.
If you are a supervisor, analyst, or manager who will use these reporting features, you have likely been given a permission set that will allow you to:
- Generate Printable Reports in on or more categories,
- Create and generate ad hoc reports, and
- Create report subscriptions, schedules, and criteria sets to automate report delivery.
