Servers

NICE inContact uses industry-standard servers. The following outlines the servers needed to serve inbound and outbound traffic. For clarity, outbound is defined as the customer initiation point to NICE inContact. Inbound is defined as the NICE inContact initiation point to the customer site.

You cannot run ping/trace routes speed tests to the IP addresses listed. When performing ping and trace route tests, please make sure you are doing them to the following:

speedtest-dal.incontact.com = 207.166.92.15

speedtest-lax.incontact.com = 207.166.95.55

If you try to ping or trace route to the IPs you put in your browser, you will not get accurate results. It is normal to show packet loss if you go to the IPs you put in your browser.
