A station is the inContact term for a physical device where an agent communicates with contacts, such as a phone or workstation. When agents log in to their agent application, they enter the station ID assigned to the device they are using. This connects their inContact login and the station for reporting purposes.
You can enter stations individually, or use bulk upload functionality to create or edit multiple stations at once. Stations can be deactivated when not needed, and you can reactivate an inactive station at any time. You can also view the login history for a station to see which agents have logged into it, and when.
